Abstract: The Food Research Institute of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research was contracted by John and Celestin Hagan Industry in Entumbil in the Ajumako Enyan Assian District of Central Region to conduct a consultancy on its processing facility for processing four products on 14th February, 2013. These products are High Quality Cassava Flour (HQCF), gari, fufu flour, kokonte flour and possibly industrial starch. This report presents findings and possible option available for setting-up a processing facility at the client’s premises
