Abstract: The purpose of this training programme was to train trainers on value addition to maize, sweet potatoes and High Quality Cassava Flour in Denu, Ketu South Municipal Assembly (KSMA), Volta Region. This was to promote and increase the utilization of composite flour from these crops to create jobs, generate additional household income and improve the livelihoods in these localities.
